Mark-I remember distinctly Dana stating LAST year that financials would be out soon. To me, soon is not Jan 2000.Though, I guess, in relation to the time of Herod's reign, a year and a half is "soon". I'm not trying to find fault for the hell of it, but there can't be real credibility for the company until there is disclosure of financials. Even bad financials have more respect than no financials. To me, there is one and only one reason for a company not filing a 10...it's like axiomatic. But then, with no financials, hyping is still in play. Your Schwab person is not crazy nor unique. Hell, I know people that won't buy an issue until it is reporting AND NASDAQ listed. TG
