Kal Kan - Re: "Do we have the beginnings of the next red X campaign?" I'm not certain about this. It would take a sudden and unsuspected rapid acceptance of Merced and the IA64 instruction set. If software developers lead the way, and Intel can get their manufacturing costs down quickly, then in 2 or 3 years, the Red X may come out. I assume you rode all your Intel July $57 1/2 and $60 puts down to ZERO, wiping out your $18,000 investment - right ? Couple that with your AMD tank and you have had a bad month or two. Paul
