I dunno. Usually these sorts of suits don't do much damage to the company: the plaintiffs bring the suit, then a settlement is discussed for ages, and finally the shareholders get a couple of bucks. Though this case may have more merit than most. I don't know, as I haven't checked the actual filings, but it does seem odd that the January sells were apparently not registered with the SEC till March.

If this is true, it might raise an entirely different issue--one involving the SEC, which could be more serious.
