Webhire's Internet Recruiting Solutions Will Incorporate HireWorks' Search Agent
LEXINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 14, 1999--Webhire, Inc. (NASDAQ:HIRE), the leader in Internet recruiting solutions, today announced that it has reached an agreement to purchase HireWorks, Inc., developer of HireFast, a unique software product that quickly locates candidates on the Internet, qualifies them, and contacts them automatically. HireWorks president Hank Margolis will assume the title of Webhire vice president for strategic marketing.
