I've noticed both with the CC and the thread discussion, there seems to be some concern over the options number reported. I'm a little confused as to what exactly the options number represents. If I'm understanding it correctly, some of the things it includes are upgrades and additional individuals added to a current clients contract? Would greatly appreciate if someone could elaborate a bit more on what this involves, and it's importance relative to the other income streams. Thanks, David P.
