Louie, I can understand being disgruntled and frustrated-that's how I initially felt when I read the announcement! I have spoken to CBM Management and although they obviously can't divuldge what their game plan is I do not feel that they will take this development without persuing any/all options available to them to provide the best scenario for the CBM Shareholders! I have been a shareholder for over five years-my sense is that CBM Management won't just lay down and die. I did hear that another payment was made last week towards earning the 49%-not sure how much but it does look like it's getting close todecision making time! The message I left with CBM Management is whatever they plan to do-they should act quickly and keep the shareholders informed of the plans and progress! I think we have an increased viewing audience---wouldn't it be a great time to announce some positve developments! Here's hoping! I'll give them until same time next week then I'll be all over them like a dirty shirt-they also are well are of that!--Not thatthere is much I can do-but they know I will be bugging them! In all fairness CBM Management is very approachable--if they are unavailable when Icall they willreturncalls!--At least that's from my personal experiences! I hope at the next shareholders meeting that I am not the only shareholder in attendance-like the last one! This is just my opinion--but I am not losing faith!!! Best Regrds, Wayne J.
