RESEARCH ALERT - PRI Automation cut
NEW YORK, July 20 (Reuters) - Merrill Lynch said it cut its rating on PRI Automation Inc. Tuesday to near-term neutral from accumulate.

-- Shares in PRI, which makes factory automation systems and related software, fell 5-3/4 to 32-1/8.
