After Apple's chief revealed that Rhapsoody will be available for WindTel platform, while Apple's Top hardware engineer Rubinstein claimed that Rhapsoody is only run for PowerPC in the current plan, the counter-attack has been initiated by big blue, IBM in the following sites: pcquote.newsalert.com pcquote.newsalert.com IBM's move into MacOS laptop and notebook market is another tradeoff game for Apple. I think Apple should be extremely careful about what it wants to do with a mature plan before announcing any direction it wants to follow. Compared with IBM or Motorola, Apple is too small. Apple needs IBM and Motorola's assistance to re-vitalize its pc market share.
