To All!! Dropped in to the office in Stouffville. It is a real office, with real people, with real equipment. This is a company! They were just switching offices because Suite 204(I think it was) was too smalll and they were moving downstairs to the bigger area. They had gone from 6 units(for lack of a better word) to 28 units in very short period of time. I talked to Peter one of the computer guys and to another gentleman who helped develope the system. Basically what it does by the customer dialing on the fax machine one specific # before the fax phone # it reroutes the fax thru FFAX and FFAX then delivers it anywhere at half the price of anyone else. At this point they can only work the 416 area but expanding quickly. I also called their promoter at Dell Ray Capital in TO, who was not only quite knowledgeable about the company but gave me the answers to my questions without hesitation. Float 1M; shares outstanding 7M; have about $250,000 US currently Burn rate about $6000 US/month were just a few. Struggling a little right now but I am in long and I think IMHO it looks good. John
