Steve, sorry to report that Marc Tow at last report still owned 50M of the 89M shares outstanding. It would seem that all roads to reactivation lead through Marc Tow, if he continues to control this block of shares. The rest is just gum flapping and posturing to believe that there is any strategy or course of action after these apparently giant steps. (PS: it is also reported that Jack Uselton held a voting rights proxy on these 50M shares for two more years still.) Marc Tow in San Diego is the answer to your question about whether you can expect to see this company functional again. Good Luck.
