Rob, >>Knowing that this is more likely to repeat itself than not, why not dump tech stocks before then and sell short, rr get ready to buy back in at a lower price? There are people that own stocks that have evaluations much less than the curent price. Like Microsoft at $2, Intel at $4, GE at $5 etc. Why should a person sell and give the US government a large portion of the catpital gains. My point is there are long term investors with different capital structures than traders. Have a good day. Joan
