There are many examples there are clean shells that stay SEC clean and names change. Just go over to Raging Bull and read some of the posts. Their promoters litigation budget is bigger than mine.

My dear friend is CPA he says to me to heck with rules and potential throw out all you know, I can't.
If you go through sedar in regards to this company they have something. The funding is there strong and solid. Nothing in life is pristine in the market but this i believe has real potential just look at the Chinese papers look at the last site i posted see the script you will understand the need . This is not in my opinion anything but honest product with a consumer need that can extend far beyond what we see.
