This is the problem with the PR. It says HAD not have. I learned long time ago you have to read very carefully.
"announced today that they had entered into an agreement with Mail Call, Inc. of Miramar, Fla. to acquire 36% of Mail Call, Inc. Pursuant to the agreement, Kensington has the rights to acquire more than 50% of Mail Call, Inc. upon proper funding"

Another problem why the 36% number not more and what the meaning of "propert funding" & what are the cost of the agreement. Just to many unknown for a BB stock to enter yet.
