Here it would be like that, that the different parties involved, having a full schedule, few hours or max day before scheduled meeting, does a review of what has happened since last. Pretty efficient when any event (clear event), is indeed able to provoke an early ruling.
(Of course it is possible that the judge did his review on day before holidays and scheduled was times on his coming back. - Still efficient that he rules then, and not wait till scheduled meeting)
