Earnings for MLNM were announced after the bell today: mlnm.com $0.03/share for Q2; $0.09 for Q1 & Q2 (I believe the consensus was $0.00). EPS have thus far already exceeded the consensus estimates for FY1999 ending Dec ($0.02). Research and development spending for the first six months of the year (approx 75MM) was up 50% over the first six months of 1998 (approx. 50MM). Given the 7% slide downwards today coupled with the exodus from tech stocks following MSFT's comments and prior to Greenspan's congressional appearance, it will be interesting to see what happens tomorrow.
