This suit should be tied up in courts for years. The plaintiffs indicated the SEC filing was not on time. It is possible the SEC did not post these until March. I cannot find any reason why the defendants would make these sales and compound the problem with a late filing. That would just be rediculous. I have not seen a comment by the SEC yet so they are either researching the issue further or have more facts than we.
