I could not find anything in the WEB about this Alfred Flores
except that he has attended some congresses in the States.

A similar news I have heard one month ago that a hospital
in Armenia, Yerewan has also treated their AIDS patients
with success. They called their drug Armenium an send their
test results to the WHO.
