Hi Kent,

Thanks for the info on Datek. I will check it out soon.

By the way, before we close the chapter on AFLX, do you ever wonder:

- About this person, Analyst_Elena, on Yahoo thread, who was bashing AFLX for quite a while. Since this person is incredibly knowledgeable about AFLX and its industry, could he/she be an insider? Could he/she be related to AFLX's investment banker. Worse, could he/she work for INVX's investment banker, or another buyer's banker, and tried to influence the stock down so they can buy the company cheap?

- The tender material mentions another competitor trying to buy AFLX and a third flex company, and combine 3 of them into one surviving identity on a stock deal. I wonder if this would have been best (reduce competition and duplicated cost) for the shareholders of all 3 companies? If so, why did AFLX turn them down?

- Did AFLX management re-price the option price at the same time the stock hit all-time low? If so, was there any maneuvering to accentuate the low for this purpose?

I know we need to go on to other investments, but there are some questions that still mystify me. Maybe we should chart this as a learning lesson, or maybe we will know a bit more when some lawyer starts a shareholder lawsuit?
