OK EVERYONE GATHER ROUND HERE WE GO.
1. Is August 15 still the target date of the launch of the Saratoga/Qwest
website to the 7 start up target markets?

Yes, Ausust 15 is still the target date for the launch of the website.
It will be launched in conjunction with the
www.talkcheap.com website which is up and running
Also, traditional methods of marketing will be used to promote the product and
the website. For example, newspaper articles, radio and television
advertisments, and billboards.

2. What is the target amount of time it will take until the 7 target markets
begin to show positive revenue?

August 99 which will co-inside with the launch of the website.

3. What does the "high level" techinal support entail as it relates
to SHCC and its future?

Key marketing personel, updated technologies, and a new approach to the
business of marketing pre paid phone cards.

5. What is the latest with Qwest?

The contract is signed. The deal is done. All parties are working together
right now.
*** Here is where it gets interesting ****
Qwest approached Saratoga (not vice-versa)
Qwest GAVE (as in free) SHCC $ 90,000 in software in which to build the
websiteand GAVE (as in free) SHCC the $ 10,000 in licensing contracts that
will allow SHCC to start up the international campaign for the pre paid phone
cards. Thistype of technology in this finished format is worth much much more
than the combined $ 100,000 that QWEST. SHCC is a very fortunate company to
have a Goliathsuch as QWEST working with them. In the telecommunications/Long
Distance business this type of partnership is unheard of..

6. Is the Eclipse Energy deal dead?

The word dead is so final. The partnerships concerning the Eclipse Deal are
not a priority at this time. The priority of the SHCC company right now is
the telecommunications industry with QWEST. The margin of profit is so much
more that the company cannot afford to focus on them right now. The peterolum
interests of the company (formerely WOTD) are still in place but no new
acquisitions are in the works. There again, all resources are being utilized
towards the prepaid phone cards.

7. Exactly how does this new facet of the company operate?

The PROFITABILITY of SHCC will come in a 3 fold manner.
(1) SHCC will maintain the companies from previous acquisitions and of c
ourse continue to sustain any profitability from these companies.
(2) THIS IS MY PERSONAL FAVORITE : SHCC WILL AVOID HIGH TARRIFS from foriegn
countries. How you ask? Simple, This will be cutting edge technology in
place. For example, say you live in Boliva (where the internet is exploding
right now) and you want to buy a prepaid phone card at the local market..you
would pay the high tariff along with any other taxes plus the cost of the
actual minutes used and the mark up for profitability by the company issuing
the phone card.Think about all those charges plus the overhead of making the
card (the raw material of plastic and the packaging, shipping, bricks and
morter shelf space etc etc etc )
Now HERE IS WHERE SHCC/QWEST SHINE: Through an integregated and aggressive
marketing campaign SHCC will sell their prepaid phone service via internet and
ELIMINATE THE FOLLOWING COSTS:
Tarriffs (huge savings)
Packaging Costs
Shelf Space against competition
Raw material of actually making a plastic card

The way it will work is you order the pre paid time via internet and pay a
substancially lower price because instead of the customer actually recieving a
plastic card in packaging with tarriffs .. the customer will recieve a pin
number via email ( no overhead, no raw materials, espically NO TARRIFFS)
NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT THE CUSTOMER CAN GET THE PIN IMMEADIATELY
No more waiting around for the mail or going to the store. This is definately
the future of pre paid services. The customer only pays for the service they
want.. they don't pay for all the other costs associated with the product.
Do you understand why I am so excited now !!!

This is where this business industry is going and SHCC/QWEST seem to have all
the answers way before the rest of the industry.
For goodness sakes we are talking about QWEST people !!

I will repost this from time to time. I worked very hard on this post and I
may not have any new information for a few days. I figure you all can drool
over this bag of goodies for a few days.
