I wouldn't worry about the new accounting guidelines. There are many ways for a company to smooth earnings over a period of time - especially one with MSFTs market power.

(Oops - maybe I shouldn't say anything. I hope the SEC and DOJ aren't listening.)

I own Q also and it is awesome.
