MM means "market makers" The Market makers are the scum bags that dictate what the "bid" and "ask" are. They are supposed to control the price and have in reflect the demands of the market i.e. public selling and buying. However, with this BB stock as with most BB stocks at these levels, they are not controlling, they are manipulating the price. They drop the bid to generat panick selling, build their positons, then sell it back at a profit. We can turn the courner when enough buying pressure comes in so the MMs can make their money buy buying the shares and then selling them on an up tick rtaher then a down tick. As far as a buy or sell, IMO when you see a trade come in at the "bid," that is a member of the public (MOP) has "sold" shares to the MMs. When you see a trade at or near the "ask", that a MOP buying shares from the MMs. In a perfect world, a MOP sells 1,000 shares to the MMs at the bid for say .70, then the MMs. sell the 1,000 shares back to another MOP at the ask, say .75, hence the MMs made a .05 profit on the trades.
