Joe, I just looked on the RB thread and there is a rumor going on that CDNO is planning a 30-1 reverse split. I just called the company and found out that no such issue has been brought forth and/or being considered. O/S = 60,000,000 Float = 51,000,000 Financials will be posted by Aug. 15th. The company is currently working on their refinancing plan and will issue a PR once that is completed. It sounds as if that should be within a week or so. IOMH
