Chief Information Officer Mohamad Dagher is gone after less than 3 months. He was responsible for managing and developing the internet broadcast products.

Apparently he left soon after the SEC announced it was investigating the company.

You can check the list of officers on the company web page to see.

Another officer, Borg, now has that title, and apparently nobody was hired to fill that spot, so they now have fewer officers.

The company has announced none of this.

Of course, they do still have their CFO, the one whose previous company as CFO went bankrupt.

Corsaire, Inc. Announces New Executives

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- William R. Dunavant, president of Corsaire Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NCDR - news), a
Fort Lauderdale-based developer and marketer of advanced Internet video/audio broadcast and security products, announced the following
appointments to the company's senior staff:

Robert Chalnick has joined Corsaire Inc. as executive vice president of finance. He will be responsible for the company's financial planning,
accounting, audits and administrative records. Chalnick is a Certified Public Accountant (licensed in Florida, New York and New Jersey) and has
more than 30 years of business experience. As a partner at Touche Ross & Company, he worked with several multinational clients and
participated in numerous IPOs. He was also the CFO of a public company and ran an investment banking firm. Chalnick holds a Master's degree
in tax and finance from Baruch College.

Gene Carter has joined the company as vice president of sales and marketing. He will launch Corsaire's Internet-based products to the OEM,
consumer and commercial markets. Carter has 28 years of experience in sales and marketing with expertise in developing marketing and
distribution strategies, managing sales forces, and developing successful new products for start-up companies. In 1996, he was recognized by
''Advertising Age'' as Brand Manager of the Year and as one of the Top 100 Marketers in the United States. Previously, Carter founded
Marketing Specialties, a marketing firm that supported entrepreneurial start-up companies. Prior to that, he was director of marketing at Straight
Arrow, a health and beauty aid company. He holds a Bachelor's degree in marketing and public relations from the University of Georgia.

Mohamad Dagher has joined Corsaire as chief information officer (CIO). He will manage and develop the company's Internet broadcast products
and technology. He is also responsible for developing strategic alliances with other Internet and technology companies. Dagher has more than 15
years experience in technology companies such as Boeing, where he acted as a design and project engineer for large-scale projects such as Solar
II. He joined Corsaire after an 18-month tenure with Baraka Intracom, where he served as general manager responsible for product development.
He holds a Master's degree in mechanical engineering from California State University and is currently a candidate for a Ph.D. in engineering at
the University of California in Los Angeles.

Christophe S. Borg joins the company as vice president of Internet operations following two years as Internet division vice president of a wavelet
technology company. Prior to that, Borg served as chief technology officer (CTO) at Verinet, Inc. He was also chief information officer (CIO) for
BPC Corporation from 1989 to 1997, where he was responsible for developing secure worldwide communication networks based on Internet
technologies. Borg holds a Bachelor's degree in management information systems from Barry University.

Michael R. Adelman joins the company as software product development manager. His responsibilities include developing all software products
involving video communications such as video streaming and conferencing, video E-mail and remote surveillance. Adelman's software
development experience spans 15 years and includes image handling, video capture, audio, GUI development, Windows messaging, TCP/IP,
serial communications, API calls, DLL calls, databases, callbacks, memory allocation and access, Internet development, HTML, VBScript and
SQL. Adelman holds a degree in engineering from the University of Maryland.

Effective May 3, Corsaire's corporate name will be changed to Net Command Tech, Inc. to more accurately reflect the company's business. The
ticker symbol will remain the same.

Corsaire, Inc. provides broadcast video, video conferencing and video E-mail to the desktop and set-top box markets using wavelet and MPEG 4
technologies, over standard phone lines. The company's video products achieve a viewable image size of 320 x 240 at 8-12 frames per second
over a standard dial-up connection. Corsaire also offers a line of remote surveillance products, which permit the remote viewing and control of up
