FPA Medical Mgmt Reorg Plan Became Effective July 8

MIAMI -- FPA Medical Management Inc. (FPAMQ) said its seconded amended
joint plan of reorganization became effective July 8.

As reported, the company's reorganization plan included the sale of
substantially all operations.

In a press release, FPA said the FPA Creditor Trust, established for the
benefit of unsecured creditors, became effective July 8. The trustee is
responsible for winding down all remaining business affairs of the
reorganized company.

FPA common shares were canceled July 8.

FPA filed a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to
terminate the company's registration.
