abx and perhaps placer are really the two name brand gold stocks round these parts when a local wants a gold stock they look to abx... so it may trade higher than it deserves, but it does tend to trade higher, so i continue to suggest thats the one to go with... don't the S African ones have problems with miners getting Aids,,,i wonder how that might impact things...plus there is risk of political upheavel, no ? ike
