So the plaintiffs said that, did they? I hadn't noticed. My info (still haven't dug further) indicates only that the filings for the January sales were late--and I shouldn't think that's because the SEC didn't get round to posting them. This might to some extent explain the timing of the legal action--apparently they hit Edgar last week.

I agree that it would be extremely stupid for the defendants to have engaged in illegal insider trading and then make things even worse by not filing with the SEC. But people so often do do stupid things...

Well, we'll see what happens next.
