Hey bigjoe I spoke with the people at Atapa on Friday. They told me that the listing is expected mid-April to mid-May. After that we can expect the release of the withheld drilling results. Translate mid-April to mean June, then July, and so on. Just kidding, my impatience is showing. The message I'm getting from them is that this is a good time frame since it is now in the hands of the TSE. As for the COW, Atapa mentioned that their paperwork was all in order long ago on these properties. I asked them how they will avoid the problems that Bre-x went through. They said all of the problems were a result of poor planning (read incompetance) on the part of Bre-x. They completely neglected the political side until it was too late. They proceeded to drill on properties that they did not yet have control and that is just plain stupid in any country. It would be like Diamond Fields announcing that they found a juicy Ni/Cu/Co deposit and then going to register the claims later. Some have described the 45% as generous on the part of Indonesia. Also, Atapa uses the same lawyer in indonesia that helped Bre-x dig out from their mess. Good Luck Dennis
