Marc, Part of the haircut was attributable to the fact that they only met earnings in a very robust equipment market, implying that they are indeed losing share to AMAT. NVLS was assumed by WS to be the only Cu player in town....that is far from the truth but the Street is only now realizing that. We'll see next month:-) BK
