I remember one of the analyist making a comment 8 to 12 months ago that this business is for CF to loose. Well, in the next 18 months we are going to find out, IMHO. Although I'm very long CF, I would never underestimate MSFT on this one. They have made some substantial preceived progress, with bill pay on MSN and their list of billers grows. CF needs to pull out all the stops..On a positive note, I had to call CF on an Ebill question today. Usually, the phone rings only once and someone picks up...that always bothered me..means they are just not that busy..Well, today I was on hold for a little while..I like that...
