Hello Frank. The markets acted pretty well this morning. Everything was up. The NAZ is hanging in there but the DOW has lost its luster again. It will probably be like this until Greenspan is out of the way and all the earnings have come in. And then there is July and then August of course. Yes, buying on the rumor and selling on the news has been a past time lately but it looks like they sell now on the rumor and some more on the news. But then the most hit stocks are being picked up again. I don't mind selling something here and there but I can't play this game. Once I get out it's hard for me to get back in on time. And as long as it looks like the trend of the stock market is up for the future, I will hang in there with my good stocks. A little profit taking does not always make it when the profits will be bigger down the road and you don't need the money within a year or so. You did well with some of your sale in Dell and the buy of Qcom. About those beach properties you have mentioned. No, I have not heard of them. There are plenty of richly priced beach front properties up the coastline. My daughter's in-laws had a nice waterfront property in Toms River before they headed for the mountains. You do need a bigger portfolio than you and I have for some of those properties. But if the DOW will be at 13,000 by the end of next year we could maybe afford a small cottage? gg. Well, they did recover John F. Kennedy JR's body now. Nothing doing on his wife's body and that of his sister in law. What a sad story. And it looks like this tragedy could have been prevented if he had attended his advanced instrument classes he signed up for in FLA. He probably lost control at descend by maneuvering his plane in less than favorable vision. It shows again how life can be cut short and why a little up and down in the markets is a small thing.
