To all ECNC shareholders and Interest Parties: Our EzyShop web site is now running our EzyShop commercial. This is the commercial that is running on cable channels in the Los Angeles South Bay. Web site: ezyshop.cc Cable Channels: A&E CNN Discovery ESPN TNT USA The focus of our marketing for the rest of 1999 is the Los Angeles South Bay which encompasses the following cities and over 2 million plus people: El Segundo Gardenia Harbor City Hawthorne Inglewood Lawndale Lomita Manhattan Beach Redondo Beach Hermosa Beach San Pedro Rolling Hills, Rancho Palos Verdes, Palos Verdes Estates Torrance The EzyShopper locations will also lend themselves to EzyGame for Powerball and Lottery when approved by individual States. We are presently working with a past State lottery director as a consultant for this effort. The EzyShopper locations will also lend themselves to self service EzyPay, where at the same location, one can pay a utility bill by ATM card and PIN or for the non banked by an EzyCard. The EzyPay aspect will begin with small companies such as a local weekly paper or public radio station or church charity being able to receive EzyPay transactions. Later, we hope to bring in self service utility payments. The same EzyShop location can also lend itself to a self serviced EzyCash service similar to Western Union whereby the senders pay by either ATM card and PIN or be EzyCard. EzyPay, EzyCard, EzyGame, and EzyCash are not working systems yet. They are future systems. EzyShop is being actively developed today in the South Bay. Also keep in mind that some early adapters will be willing to purchase an EzyShopper for home usage. Today they will only be able to shop from our catalogs, but as other EzyShopper services are added on such as EzyPay, then these too will be possible from the home. GO ECNC. Tom
