<Clinton not want to go down in history..put US under martial law. Re-think your logic here and do some study before blowing out these kinds of 'be happy everybody' absurd statements. You are trying to convince everyone to not fear martial law with that kind of 'happy face', 'smile everybody'totally disassociated blurb---- First, you presuppose to know his mind. Second, you are forgetting primary responsibilities of the Oral Office. Then, you are forgetting or ignorant of the fact that related EOs for enacting this ARE ALREADY on the books- quite a simple matter to do only requring some signatures on paper. Further, that we have technically been in a State of Emergency since the 30s. More importantly, if you had bothered to study the prior Klinton actions, you would be aware that his focus is TO REMAIN IN POWER! Remember the whole Monicasuck affair? Your naivette is astounding! Some of your such disasscoiated verbiages would be hilarious except that some guillable teens might be reading and buy them, not knowing better.
