The following is in ICCSA's SEC filing.

We were founded in November 1991 and from 1991 to 1997 we conducted limited operations and
developed certain products that we were unable to exploit commercially and consequently discontinued.

Translation: "From 1991 to 1997, we were complete failures and were unable to sell any of our products."

In 1997, we shifted our business emphasis to focus exclusively on the development and marketing of our
CommerceSense service and launched the current version of our CommerceSense service commercially
in April 1999.

Translation: "We launched our new product in April but have no substantial customers for it yet because if we did, we would have released hyped up press releases in order to pump up this stock some more."

As a result, we have only a limited operating history and there is little historical information
on which to evaluate our business and prospects.

Translation: "Despite stating in the first sentence of this paragraph that we were found in 1991, we are stating in the last sentence of the same paragraph that we have a 'limited operating history' because the period from 1991-1997 when we were complete failures does not count as 'operating history.' We are going to try to make people think that we are a hot, new internet startup despite the truth that we are old failures."
