<ICCSA>

If REFR has been able to pull this off for 35 years, my hat's off to them.

There are a few reasons why the street loves companies like MSFT, DELL, and CSCO but primary among them is *the management*. If Bill Gates, Michael Dell, or John Chambers pulls a JFR Jr. tomorrow, their stock is going to feel it. The management of those three companies is among the most competent of any on earth and have proven track records of execution quarter after quarter.

The antithesis of those companies is a company like ICCSA. It's been in business since 1991 but essentially has not sold anything because no one wants to buy their products. WTF?! To bet money that ICCSA has failed since 1991 but is now going to be an internet goliath is as foolish as to bet money that MSFT has been a success for over a decade but is now not going to sell any products.
