DAK7 .. right now, including the Glentel warrants, there are about 16M fully diluted shares outstanding. The company does not have to issue more in order to cover their capital requirements. However, I know they are looking at an acquisition and, if it makes sense, they'll do it - more than likely a combination of cash and stock. I would say that the float is about 4M shares.
