Sure hasn't helped stock price, has it? And just how much will this ill-conceived legal action end up costing shareholders?

Let's say they really do sue 100 people, as they've threatened. And what if they lose? Ouch!! They'll have to up the fees for 100 attorneys, won't they?

Shareholders should be concerned about this, especially as the company has already said it's All Bloomberg's Fault, yet is not suing Bloomberg.
