Smith Barney brokerage recommending VSTR as of 7-21 with a buy recommendation and a $60 target price. Yes there are rumors that Worldcom has to eventually get into wireless and buying VSTR would be a good move for them etc. I like that Hutchison Wampoa of Hong Kong has put alot of money into the company. This will be great for eventual Asian expansion. Bought a bunch today.
