Just got off Phone with MPTV re suit- The suit is taken care of. It was simply a formality that Rodeo Canon & Associates had to go through regarding the Kona Reef property. MPTV is JVP with Rodeo Canon & Associates on Kona Reef but had no money so as a formality they had to file suit but are not hurting MPTV. They have a good relationship with Rodeo Canon & Associates and nothing will happen to MPTV or Lake Tropicana LLC. JVP is still there and there are 4 other lenders that are helping with construction money. The JVP is a well known Timeshare company that wants to stay anonymous along with the fitness center until the press release. She confirmed that the burnt buildings were removed and the mud is being cleared from the rain (no flood damage). They are moving rapidly forward and will begin sales and construction very soon. They are in the clear and will be releasing more 10QSB's & 10-K's soon. She also said not to pay attention to Discodel & ICU2UKnow because nobody knows who the JVP is since it has never been released to anyone per request of the JVP. Nobody has guessed correctly as of yet (I asked her a few timeshare company names but she hadn't heard of them) but it is a well known timeshare company. She said they are also changing the way they write their PR's as to show everything in past tense to hopefully make the stock go up. So DON'T SELL!
