I've got a tax question. Does the IRS 30 day rule regarding the selling and rebuying of stock applying to short term trading. Lets say I daytrade a stock and it goes from 14 to 13 and I sell for a loss, then I buy back in at 12 3/4 and sell at 14 1/2, can I count the intial loss that I incurred?
