Yes, the Japanese are not completely unarmed, but their now insane policy of restricting their military to something like 1% of their budget must be changed, if for no other reason than the fact that we will not be able to protect them forever. They have to learn to protect themselves again, and get some "intestinal fortitude" to change their constitution/system to allow this to happen. Yogi
