A couple of answers to my own questions (2&3) doing Due Diligence research on the web. First, an interesting cease and desist from LQID to MP3.com (I think this is the same as MPPP but I'm not certain) mp3.com and then because I'm curious, the article they were requested to block, but apparently haven't. mp3.com This does not look too great for the LQID approach. Comments? P.
