It's looking like they won't trade at all today. Just 25 minutes left in the session, and still no news.

A company can halt trading of its stock by phoning the exchange, when it has news forthcoming. Usually a company will do this, report their news, and then resume trading within an hour or so. This halt of UAI is unusually long. IMHO, it makes it appear that management doesn't quite have its act together.
