GLOBALSTORE.COM, INC ("GSO-V") - Closing of Private Placement Steven Stout, President of Globalstore.com, Inc ("Globalstore") is pleased to announce the closing of its private placement to Cable Atlantic Inc. ("Cable Atlantic") of 140,000 units at a price of $2.50 each for total proceeds of $350,000. Each unit consists of one common share of Globalstore and one-half of a warrant to purchase an additional share, exercisable at a price of $4.00 per share for a period of two years.
