WEll....Dow has retraced most of it's losses on low volume and will likely remain neutral until the speech. I expect Greenspan to be neutral and cautiously positive. Nothing fancy... What will this do to the market...leave it to the fundamentals, international politics and monetary questions. Big move will come later next week or two and be a surprise. Just my 2 cents.
