You are correct.

But last night I did see a story about how Clinton bombed a chemical factory that then poured untold barrels of mercury and other hazardous waste into the Danube. The people downstream - other countries - are already seeing the health effects and will for generations.

The World has taken notice though, and the US is now the most hated nation on Earth - thanks to our "fearless leader".
