Major institutions were not going to run the price up today because they have an opportunity to buy at a fixed price after the bell determininate on the closing price. They worked all day at shaking out the dead leaves. Now they will all get their shares this evening at 156 1/2 and then 'they' will take this baby to the moon. That's why Q did the offering. They understand that it is the big boys who will drive this pup upwards. What better way than by helping them get more pregnant.
