As for the dual celeron, you will have to re-install NT if you are using NT for it to recognize the second CPU.

Actually, you don't. There's a utility called "uptomp" in the NT Resource Kit that will do the necessary under-the-hood work (switching the HAL) to recognize the second CPU.
