Yo Mole! How does your garden grow? It's really hard following what's going on when MTi starts talking about subsidiaries. Just how many are there?

Yo Folks! Administration does not necessarily mean liquidation. Other options are keeping creditors at bay while they reorganize. Liquidation pertains more to Chapter 8 Bankruptcy in US Law (I think, or else it is Ch 7). So don't write MTi off yet.

I noticed one thing while reading their Apr 96 10K. Morris was managing director of DESISCo, re-named MTi Trading Systems, after acquired from Digital. This is one of the subs placed in administration. Also, Morris and Ridley didn't put any of their own money into MTCI stock and Morris had 5 yr prior experience as Chief Operating Officer for Shearson Lehman Bro. I wouldn't be surprised if we see MTi take legal action against Morris down the road.

As for Philpott, IBM is getting deeper into banking systems now days. If Philpott is as good as you say, maybe he can conjure up some licenses with them.

Edison should require all board members to hold stock in MTi. One question, How did Edison come to power? Who owns the shares that put him there?
