Even if they were brothers, they did nothing wrong unless the fund bought right before or sold right after the run-up, there is little chance the SEC would care, or if the newsletter contained any insider information not available to public domain. we know the fund did not buy/sell, since it's position is so vast now it would have had to file with the SEC. this yahooligan feels certain Rita took us all for a ride: messages.yahoo.com
