Andy, The $319 board doesn't include DVD/MPEG2 decoders. They are an option. Since the decoders sit on a daughter card so they are able to pick and choose. what decoders to use. By "live video capture" I think they mean it's raw video capture (ie. no MPEG compression). I'll look into it a bit more.
